Generation of Highly Squeezed Light at 860 nm
Abstract
We report generation of squeezed light at 860 nm by utilizing a subthreshold optical parametric oscillator with a periodically poled KTiOPO4 crystal as a nonlinear medium. At the pump power of 130 mW we observed the squeezing level of -9.55 dB and antisqueezing level of +16.36 dB.
