Optical properties of CdS-doped porous glasses
Abstract
Properties of porous glasses filled with CdS have been investigated. Results of EDS, XRD and luminescence measurements for doped glasses of various pore sizes are presented. The red shift of luminescence after multiple chemical deposition procedures has been observed. EDS measurements indicate that CdS distribution is uniform over the thickness of the wafer.
