Moke spectroscopy of sputter deposited Cu-ferrite films
Abstract
This work is devoted to the study of the effect of deposition conditions and post-deposition treatment in Cu-ferrite films using magneto-optic Kerr effect at both polar and longitudinal configurations between 2 and 5 eV. In the sample annealed at 850°C the amplitudes are comparable with those observed in bulk ferrite crystals whereas as-deposited films showed reduced amplitudes and smeared out structure.
