Quantum fluctuations in two-dimensional spin- {1}/{2} antiferromagnet with spin-1-doped ions possessing single-site easy-plane anisotropy
Abstract
We calculate the quantum fluctuations in two-dimensional spin- {1}/{2} square-lattice antiferromagnet appearing due to the interaction with doped spin-1 ions possessing single-ion easy-plane anisotropy. We show that the anisotropy induces fluctuations of magnetization of spin-1 ions that can be substantially larger than those appearing due to interaction with spin- {1}/{2} atoms.
