Effects of Disorder on Spin-Polarized Tunneling in Ferromagnetic Metal / D-Wave Superconductor Junctions
Abstract
The spin polarized tunneling in disordered ferromagnetic metal/insulator/d-wave superconductor junctions is studied theoretically. We focus on effects of disorder in ferromagnetic metals near the junction interface on the zero-bias conductance peak. Results show that the randomness enhances the height of the zero-bias conductance peak.
