Results on Rare B Decays Including Penguins at Belle

Recent results of rare B decays from Belle are reported. Most of the decays are via the penguin diagrams. The results reported here include the first observations of B → Kl⁺l^-, D⁰π⁰, K⁺h⁺h^-, and pbar pK^ + , where l stands for an electron or a muon and h stands for a kaon or a pion.
