Electrovacuum Sector of Mag Theories
Abstract
We consider the electrovacuum sector of a (non-Riemannian) metric-affine gravity theory (MAG). We present a general class of electrovacuum stationary axisymmetric solutions and its corresponding cylindrical symmetric counterpart. In its real general relativity cut off this class of solutions contains the well known Plebański-Demiański classes of Petrov type D metrics. The same happens with its corresponding colliding waves counterpart. Moreover, also all known electrovacuum and vacuum MAG solutions are contained in this class.
