Field Theory of the Superluminal Majorana Neutrino & its Oscillation

In this talk, we report on an interesting observation that Super-Kamiokande oscillations do not rule out a Faster than Light Majorana neutrino. We have carried out the canonical quantization of a Majorana field theory and show how micro-causality is preserved in the physical scattering matrix elements between the in and out vacua.

The phenomenology of this radical proposal is indistinguishable from normal timelike oscillations.
