Electron Scattering from Exotic Nuclei

We discuss some aspects of exotic nuclear structure that can be probed with electrons. Using ⁶He as an example we explore how charge and momemtum distributions of exotic nuclei can be investigated in different electron kinematical regions. We also discuss changes in charge distributions as one goes from proton rich to neutron rich extremes in a given isotopic chain.
