The BCS Model and Six Vertex Models

We study the connection between the BCS pairing model and the disordered six vertex model. We prove that the two spectral problems coincide in the quasi-classical limit of the off-shell Bathe Ansatz of the vertex model. The latter spectral problem accounts for the diagonalization of the integrals of motion of the BCS pairing model.
