Quantum Spin Dynamics by Path Integral Centroid Molecular Dynamics Method
Abstract
We propose a path integral method to investigate the quantum spin dynamics. A centroid with spin is introduced as an average spin coordinate of a closed isomorphic necklace of each spin space, socalled a spin centroid. We calculate the magnetization of a system with total spin 1 and observe magnetic quantum tunneling.
