Rodrigues-Hamilton parameters are used for numerical integration of the Earth rotation equations in the post-newtonian approximation of the gravitational interaction of the rigid axisymmetrical Earth body with the point mass disturbing bodies (Sun, Moon and planets, ephemeris DE403/LE403). The numerical solutions are compared with the analytical theory of the Earth's rotation using precession and GMST0 solutions (Williams, 1994), nutation theory (Souchay and Kinoshita, 1996) and geodesic nutation solution (Fukushima, 1991). The systematic trends, as well as the amplitudes of the largest long-periodic harmonics of the residuals, are determined by means of a least-squares adjustment over 600 yr time interval and are interpreted as the corrections bringing the mentioned analytical solutions in the dynamical accordance with the ephemeris DE403/LE403.
