WISARD: A Web Interface for Searching Archival Research Data

We present the new Web Interface for Searching Archival Research Data (WISARD) contained on the NASA Data Archive and Distribution Service (NDADS). WISARD has been developed to improve the accessibility of the extensive collection of astrophysics data on NDADS and to facilitate multi-wavelength, multi-mission research using the NDADS archives and related data archives. WISARD supports searches of catalog(s) of archival astrophysical data and subsequent selected data requests to the appropriate archive(s). Information on the implementation of WISARD is described below.
