Scaling property of W ± boson from thebar pp collider at CERN
Abstract
An analysis of the single-particle distribution of inclusivebar p + p to W^ ± + \cdot \cdot \cdot atsqrt s = 540 GeV in terms of the covariant Boltzmann factor indicates that the Feynman-Yang scaling holds, the temperature of W being ≈0.188 GeV. The specific central particle density of W is found to be the same as π and K 0 production at the same energy.
