Applications of Heavy Quark Symmetry and Long Distance Contributions to Weak Decays

Heavy quark chiral perturbation theory is used to predict the form factors for B_{ l4} and D_{l4 } decays. We also look at the long distance contributions to some hyperon and kaon weak decays which are important for CP violation or extracting information of CKM matrix.
