Phase diagram of the CuO-Bi 2SrO 4 pseudobinary system
Abstract
The study of the CuO-Bi 2SrO 4 pseudobinary phase diagram was carried out in order to determine the liquidus curves of CuO, Bi 2SrO 4 and Bi 2+ xSr 2- yCuO 6+ γ phases occurring in this part of the BiO 1.5-SrO-CuO ternary system. Particular attention was paid to the determination of the primary crystallization field of the latter phase with regard to its importance for the crystal growth.
