The nonlinear mechanism of closed-loop transducers is studied, and the problem of nonlinear dynamic model-building is discussed based on the case of a force-balanced accelerometer. A method for nonlinear dynamic model estimation in the frequency domain is proposed and its feasibility is shown. A mathematical method for describing dynamic nonlinearity and the nonlinear transfer function are introduced.
