Motion of charged particles with energies greater than 10 exp 19 eV in the Galactic magnetic field
Abstract
Calculations of the motion trajectories of charged particles with energies greater than 10 exp 19 eV in the magnetic field of the Galaxy are presented. The expected particle deflections during motion from several possible sources are estimated quantitatively for two models of the Galactic magnetic field.
