Harmonic viscoelastic vibrations of the bodies of spherical shape
Abstract
The theory of electroelastic vibrations of spherical bodies with radial polarization is stated. Nonaxisymmetric problem for the closed sphere is reduced to independent problems about the first class elastic vibrations and second class electroelastic vibrations. Under possible representation of displacements and electric potential by the series according to the system of spherical functions or Legendre polynoacials (in axisymmetric case) the problem about the second class vibrations is reduced to the system of ordinary equations power series expansion in the thickness coordinate, being used for its solution.
