QED corrections to small angle Bhabha and quarkelectron scattering
Abstract
We present here recent development in the calculation of the QED radiative corrections to luminosity measurement in LEP/SLC, i.e., to small angle Bhabha scattering process. The successfull attempt of reducing theoretical and technical uncertainty of the calculation down to 0.25% is described. The main result of the project is the Monte Carlo event generator BHLUMI based on the YennieFraustchiSuura exponentiation. We describe also briefly of the preliminary results from the similar program LESKOYFS simulating QED multiphoton effects in HERA.
