Cenraurus A at 22 and 43 GHz.
Abstract
We present 22-and 43-GHz continuum observations of the radio galaxy Centaurus A made with the Itapetinga Radio Telescope. The overall structure of the inner lobes agrees well with radio maps made at lower frequencies. In particular, the radio spectra of the lobes (NE and SW) can be fitted by a power law with spectral index -0.7 from 80 MHz to 43 GHz. A new feature at 43 GHz is identified as the radio counterpart of the extended far-infrared emission from the dust lane.
