Scintillation of cosmic sources in the decameter radio-wave range on inhomogeneities of the interplanetary plasma and the ionosphere
Abstract
The energy spectra of scintillations of cosmic radio sources in the decameter waveband on inhomogeneities of the interplanetary plasma and the ionosphere have been investigated. The index of the solar-wind turbulence spectrum at elongations of 80-150 deg was determined, including the case of high solar latitudes. The parameters of 25 sources scintillating on inhomogeneities of the interplanetary plasma are presented along with a list of 26 nonscintillating sources.
