A study of the kinetic and structural characteristics of a zirconium-doped Y-Ba-Cu-O ceramic
Abstract
Hysteresis phenomena observed in the heat conductivity behavior of a zirconium-doped 1-2-3 yttrium ceramic are examined. It is found that alloying with zirconium intensifies the hysteresis phenomena in the superconducting transition region. The singularities of k(T) are compared with anomalies of the temperature dependence of electrical resistance and of the lattice parameters in the superconducting transition region (90-120 K).
