Microstrip transmission line resonator with epitaxial YBa2Cu3O(7-x)NdAlO3/YBa2Cu3O(7-x) trilayer
Abstract
The quality factor measurements are reported of planar microstrip transmission line resonators in epitaxial YBa2Cu3O(7-x)/NdAlO3/YBa2Cu3O(7-x) trilayer technology resonating at 4.6 GHz. At 25 K the unloaded quality factor is 70 for a microstrip with a characteristic impedance of 5 Ohm. This results in a surface resistance of 190 micro-Ohm and an attenuation constant of 30 dB/m.
