Solutions of Maxwell's equations for electric and magnetic fields in arbitrary media
Abstract
Solutions of Maxwell's equations for fields in arbitrary media are derived in terms of charge density ρ, current density J, polarization P, and magnetization M. The solutions express E, D, H, and B as integrals of retarded ρ, J, P, M, and their spatial and temporal derivatives.
