Solution of the problem of determining the dynamic characteristics of the cross-flow heat exchanger of the heat recovery system of gas turbine engines
Abstract
A solution is presented for a system of equations describing the dynamic characteristics of a cross-flow heat exchanger of the heat recovery system of gas turbine engines under conditions of simultaneous changes in the flow rate, temperature and pressure of the coolants. The solution is obtained by the Riemann method using an approach based on the integration of a system of hyperbolic equations, proposed by Makarov (1979).
