Calculation of the free periodic vibrations of a hydraulic throttle actuator loaded by a dry friction force
Abstract
A hydraulic throttle actuator with a negative feedback is considered. It is assumed that the mechanism uses an ideal control valve pair and that the piston overcomes an inertial load and a dry friction force. Equations of motions and a characteristic stochastic equation of the mechanism are derived which provide a way to determine the unknown parameters of the periodic vibrations of the mechanism.
