A numerical scheme for solving equations of a boundary layer with self-induced pressure
Abstract
An algorithm for the numerical solution of equations of a boundary layer with self-induced pressure is developed using the method of successive approximations. The algorithm is used to investigate the characteristics of recirculation zones in the problem of the interaction of a laminar boundary layer of a thin film with a surface inhomogeneity. The performance of the algorithm is evaluated.
