A study of the chemical composition of high-temperature ceramic superconductors of the YBa2Cu3O(x) type
Abstract
Some aspects of determining the chemical composition of forms of occurrence of the component elements in YBa2Cu3O(x) high-temperature superconductors are examined. In particular, methods are presented for the bulk analysis of YBA2Cu3O(x) samples and for determining the contents of active oxygen and copper. The methods discussed include gravimetry, titrimetry, microgasometry, and hydrolysis. The accuracy and sensitivity of the methods are evaluated.
