Inclusive Photon Spectra from Upsilon Decays

An analysis of the inclusive photon spectra from the decays of the Upsilon(1S ), Upsilon(3S) and Upsilon(4S), using the CUSB-II detector at CESR, is presented. Measurements of electric dipole transitions rates for the process Upsilon (3 S) to chi_ {b} (2P _{J} ) and the fine structure of the chi _{b } (2P) states have been performed. The fine structure measurement supports scalar confinement. We have searched for evidence of non-BB decays of the Upsilon(4S) and found none. A search for Higgs boson in radiative Upsilon decays yields a lower limit on the mass of Higgs.
