An estimation of the gravitational lens 2237+0305.
Abstract
The possibility of the appearance of cross-like quasar (Z is approximately equal to 1.7) images due to focusing by the foreground spiral galaxy 2237 + 0305 (Z is approximately equal to 0.04) gravitational field is investigated. A model of a galaxy lens is considered in the form of a massive disk with central nucleus (point mass, isothermical sphere, and Plammer's sphere). The values of the disk mass (about 10 to the 11th solar masses) and the spherical nucleus (about 10 to the 10th solar masses) are obtained. The galactic mass estimation agrees with the traditional notions for this type of spiral galaxies. In the case of the central mass, the rated positional angle of the galaxy's large axis exhibits approximately a 10-percent difference with the observed figure.
