An analysis method and applications for 3-D viscous internal flows with complex geometry
Abstract
This paper develops an analysis method for 3D incompressible viscous flows, which uses the contravariant components on a staggered grid as the dependent variables of the governing equations in general nonorthogonal curvilinear coordinates. Two calculation examples are carried out for 3D viscous flows in a centrifugal impeller and a bend duct to test the method developed.
