Singularities of the volt-ampere characteristics of thallium-based high-temperature superconductor materials
Abstract
Results of a study of the volt-ampere characteristics of bridges formed on ceramic pellets and thick films based on thallium are reported. The temperature dependences of the critical current densities and energy gaps of these materials are determined. Possible factors responsible for the negative voltage spikes observed on the volt-ampere characteristics at 450, 200, and 150 mA are examined.
