Heat conductivity of YBa2Cu3O(7-x) single crystals in the range 2-300 K
Abstract
At low temperatures (2-12 K), the heat conductivity of YBa2Cu3O(7-x) single crystals is shown to change linearly with temperature. This effect is attributed to heat transfer by flexural oscillations localized in CuO2 layers. At high temperatures (200-300 K), the heat conductivity of the single crystals is not temperature-dependent.
