Features of the volt-ampere characteristics of thallium high-temperature superconductors
Abstract
The I-V characteristics of thick thallium-based HTSC films (Tl2Ba2Ca2CuO3x) have been measured. Results are also presented on the temperature dependence of the critical current density in this structure, and on the temperature dependence of the energy gap. The data indicate the presence of weak bonds in the thallium-based HTSC materials.
