Transformations for designing tunable digital filters
Abstract
Transformations are considered in a transformed w-domain from the original z-domain with w = (z + z exp -1)/2. The known first-order transformations are generalized. The generalized transformation has more free parameters for controlling the performance of the transformation. Through the generalization, the first-order transformation can be used for designing tunable bandpass filters.
