The theory of formation of QSO spectra with broad absorption lines.

The theory of absorption line formation in a plasma flow is considered on the basis of a simultaneous solution of plasma dynamics and line radiation transfer equations. The theory of the outflow of matter into the radiation field is developed, taking into consideration the interconnection of plasma dynamics and radiation pressure in ion lines, as well as radiation transfer in these lines. Model spectra of QSOs with broad absorption lines are computed.
