The open cluster NGC 7419.
Abstract
Photometry of the young open cluster NGC 7419 has been obtained leading to a distance ≈3.6 kpc behind 6.8 magnitudes of visual extinction. Radial velocities confirm the membership of 5 red supergiants. However, membership of the carbon star located within the boundary of the cluster is still problematic.
