Limits on dark matter from the St. Gotthard germanium detector
Abstract
A search for the presence of galactic cold dark matter has been performed using a single 140 cu cm (0.7 kg) germanium crystal. A low detection threshold of 1.5 keV has been achieved, making the detector sensitive to Dirac neutrinos with masses above 12 GeV and a halo density of 0.30 GeV/cu cm at earth.
