Distribution of charged particles in the presence of two inertial intervals
Abstract
A distribution of charged particles is found which nullifies the Landau nonlinear collision integral in the case when two inertial integrals (i.e., with positive flux of the number of particles and with negative energy flux) coexist. This distribution is fully parameterized by the flux in the momentum space. It has power law asymptotics of f approximately equal to p exp -1 and f approximately equal to p exp -5/2 at small and large momenta, respectively.
