The relativistic reference frame near the Earth and radiointerferometric observations.
Abstract
The relativistic generalization of the Newtonian barycentric Earth-Moon reference frame is constructed using Fermi coordinates. The relativistic corrections to the radiointerferometric time delay are found up to the accuracy of 10-12s for the base size comparable to that of the Moon's orbit.
