Physical completeness of classical models of Galactic rotation.
Abstract
The problem of derivation of the parameters of Galactic rotation, those of the solar motion and of corrections to the adopted precessional values on the basis of the Oort-Lindblad and the Ogorodnikov-Milne models of Galactic rotation is studied. The influence of the Galactic rotation on derivation of the precessional constant is investigated. The criteria of correspondence between the models and observational data are received. It was shown that the proper motions of 512 FK4/FK4 Sup stars do not confirm the idea of differential rotation of the Galaxy.
