The crystal structures and superconductivity of a new series of superconducting phases
Abstract
New superconducting phases were synthesized in TlBa2Ca(n - 1)Cu(n)O(2n - 2.5) by solid state reaction. The X-ray powder diffraction method is use to determine the crystal structure of TlBa2CaCu2O6.5 and TlBa2Ca2Cu3O8.5. The results of the structural analysis are presented and the superconducting phases of the crystal structures are described.
