Trojan search with the ESO-Schmidt
Abstract
In December 1987, a Trojan search in a field far below the ecliptic was done with the ESO-Schmidt. Twelve asteroids were discovered; two of them belong to the Trojan belt. Orbit calculation for the newly discovered Trojan objects has been done by means of an orbit improvement program.
