Climate-biosphere interactions scope of work

Research which will be undertaken over the next 5 years is described. First, the scientific questions that must be addressed in order to answer important public policy needs concerning the potential environmental effects of global climatic change are presented. Next, the general research approaches that will be used to answer the scientific questions are described. An overview is presented of the project, as is a discussion of the relationship of the project's research with other global change research, and a budget summary.
