The two-channel electro photometer with a high time resolution
Abstract
The two-channel electro photometer with a high time resolution of 0.01-1.0 s for simultaneous registration of stellar flares in U and B is described. This electro photometer appreciable increases the trustworthiness of the detected flares, since the simultaneous registration of a flare in two channels excludes false flare caused by ion processes in photomultipliers, sparks and atmospheric turbulence.
