Effects of a strong electromagnetic field on the form of collision integrals of an inhomogeneous plasma, and equations of evolution in the non-collisional and collisional regimes
Abstract
Equations for particle distribution functions of a multicomponent, nonuniform plasma describing the response to a very strong and strongly oscillating electromagnetic field are developed. Both "collisionless" and "collisional" phenomena are encompassed by the theory as well as "interaction" between such phenomena.
