A three-dimensional turbulent transfer model
Abstract
The paper is concerned with the problem of developing a three-dimensional nonlocal anisotropic model of turbulent transfer which would make it possible to state and solve fluid dynamics problems for arbitrary three-dimensional flows. Attention is also given to methods for the numerical solution of equations for a viscous incompressible fluid; methods for calculating plane flows in terms of vortex-current function and vortex-velocity variables; and construction of monotonic balance schemes for the approximation of equations of motion and heat transfer.
