New measurements of self broadening and shift of ammonia lines.
Abstract
Pressure-broadening and shift parameters were measured with diode-laser spectroscopy for selected υ2= 1←0, υ2= 2←1 and υ4= 1←υ2= 1 ammonia lines. The results are presented and compared with ATC calculations. Problems arising from incomplete knowledge of vibrational-transition dipole moments are discussed.
