Exchange-correlation potentials for hydrogen at any degeneracy
Abstract
Numerical values of the exchange-correlation contributions of the pressure, the free energy and the chemical potential are obtained for hydrogen at any degree of degeneracy. The evaluations are performed with the RPA-dielectric function for the Montroll-Ward contribution by integration over real frequencies. The influence of the proton degeneracy is analyzed for increasing degeneracy of the electrons. A comparison with the correlation part of the free energy and of the chemical potential without proton degeneracy is given.
